The territory for this position will cover our Bethany Beach business, and may work out of Bethany Beach, DE or Parsippany, NJ.



The Revenue Management Analyst is responsible for supporting revenue maximization efforts.This person will work with internal and external stakeholders on increasing revenue, occupancy and distribution. The Analyst will also support the day to day operational aspects related to inventory distribution, rate and promotion management.



+ Monitor velocity of sales and inventory usage, ensuring other business partners/functions are aware of current sales opportunities and challenges.

+ Provides recommendations based on analysis of pacing, demand, client performance, etc. to initiate execution of promotions and rate changes.

+ Work closely with Business Development to provide rental projections on potential new units and acquisitions.

+ Creates ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.

+ Prepare channel analysis especially around OTA performance, positioning, and program participation

+ Manages rates, stay restrictions, cancel policy rules, and inventory in various internal and external systems that facilitate distribution through on-line travel sites (e.g. Expedia Extranet, Wyndham.com, GDS, etc.).

+ Assist in researching market specific events, city wide sell outs, high demand timeframes and ensure pricing is appropriately set compared to competitors.

+ Conduct comp set analysis as needed.

+ Monitors systematic inventory restriction parameters, identifying opportunities to loosen or tighten stay restrictions based on demand and market conditions.

+ Oversee the Revenue Management job functions for the supported area.



**Qualifications**



+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or Related Field required

+ Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills.

+ Ability to communicate effectively with various levels, departments and partners.

+ Strong customer service orientation and skills.

+ Ability to learn and work with various systems.

+ Excellent Excel skills.

+ 2 years of relevant experience
