Pro-shop Attendant, - ResortQuest by Wyndham Vacation Rentals
**Summary**

The Pro-Shop Attendant will interact with customers on a daily basis to assist in their tennis requests. As the main point of contact for the customers, the pro-shop attendant must be knowledgeable, friendly and able to multi-task.







**Essential Job Functions**



The main responsibilities of this position include greeting customers and enrolling customers in programs, answering phone calls, booking private lessons, informing customers of program and events, selling pro-shop merchandise and checking in players.

**Non-Essential Job Functions**



Additional responsibilities may include straightening merchandise in the pro-shop, re-stocking pro-shop merchandise, assisting Court Attendants with their duties, monitoring players on courts, and any other duties requested by Director of Tennis and/or Tennis Manager.

**Scope/Financial Responsibility**



The pro-shop attendant must collect all fees required when enrolling customers in programs, booking private lessons and checking players in to play.

**Minimum Requirements and Qualifications**

a) Education - Must be in High School



b) Training requirements (licenses, programs or certificates) - N/A



c) Knowledge and skills (e.g. demonstrated ability to work under pressure, or possesses good written and oral communication skills) - Must possess good written and oral communication skills, must be detailed oriented and must be able to interact with customers



d) Technical Skills - must be proficient with computers and internet based POS system.



e) Job experience (number of years, type/level of previous experience) - Must have previous experience with POS, working with customers and/or receptionist type duties.
